The Finnish Programme at DIA is a Finnish non-profit association founded in June 2012. The association cooperates with Dubai International Academy (DIA, www.diadubai.com), an International Baccalaureate (IB) accredited school, operating in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. DIA has more than 1,900 students with 78 different nationalities. The association has a dedicated classroom in the school for the purposes of teaching the programme. The Association provides Finnish language classes to children enrolled at Dubai International Academy who speak Finnish as a mother tongue language.
