Very bad institute. Dont have class rooms. No good teachers

Not a good experience collecting our certificates with the receptionist. We reached in Al Rigga office at 11:30am, November 06,2020. As there was a long queue we waited for 15 to 20mins, enrolling student and some are asking for laminating their student ID's no issue. Unfortunately when it come to our turned the lady in the reception asked us to come back at 1pm because she said that only her colleague knows how to print. So we decided to come back in the middle of humid hot weather back and forth. When we reached at 1pm we asked the gentlemen at the reception, he just open the cabinet and handed over to us the certificates as it was ready. Within 2 seconds i received my 2 certificates and another for my friend. I suggest that you have to train your receptionist first for basic customer service and what is compassion means.
