10 months ago I had rated them with 5-star as they were very professional back then. But after today they will get 1..and only because there is no zero. To start off, delivery was not done at all as expected...but was instead delivered next day after lots of back and forth. Then they delivered... Below! This is what you will get when you buy from them AVOID! AVOID!

Great and easy to select. Been using Ferns N Petals from the UK to send gifts to family in the UAE. Same day delivery, quick and easy website, notifications to my UK number and my email is quick delivery service. Couldn't be happier with a choice of gifts shop to use. We ordered this cake online and are extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with the service and how the cake was made. For starters it was in a small box in comparison to the size of the cake that caused the cake to be smashed in multiple places. The cake was not even in a fern and petals box rather some shabby unkept box. The chocolate piece that should bear the name was totally smashed thus making it illegible and ugly with nothing readable. The greetings were written on a shabby paper stuck on the cake box. Its a total waste of money and expectations. All in all a horrible experience. Also the greeting card cover had something with a sketch pen scribbled on it and was dirty. After charging so much we expect decent service. A total shame on part of ferns and petals. Ridiculous ! Cant give a review without giving a star ... I would have given a negative if it was an option!!! Perfect way to ruin your day and your loved ones!!!

I give this company zero stars. They are not professional and have ruined the whole day for my wife and I. Order was made 9am and was out for delivery at 12:26. It is now 22:25 and there is still no delivery. Extremely disappointed and I do not recommend to use this company at all. Their website is still advertising to deliver within an hour if the order is placed before 23:00, but they haven’t made a delivery of an order placed at 9am. They false advertise and do not deliver. Do not use this company.

Absolutely wonderful! My husband rendered their services to give me a huge surprise on our 3rd anniversary. Received a beautiful bouquet of fresh flowers elegantly wrapped along with a cake and card. The cake was chocolate fudge and it was so rich and creamy, delicious to the core! And to top it up, we received a beautiful card from F&P themselves which I felt was really thoughtful of them.

Horrible service. The order was never delivered and i was given a system generated email that the recipient has shifted and then closed the ticket on their own. The helpline number did not cater the orders outside India and told me that he will raise complaint from his end and i will receive an email in 15 mins but no email. However, they delivered another order from someone else on same address. As per first email i received, it said they will reattempt the delivery again within two hours which they probably never did. Doubt they tried even at first place.
