Horrific. Do not use. Bought a coat for over 10,000 AED, which is over 2,000.00. Before purchasing, I made it clear to the salesman that I may need a refund depending on size because I am travelling back to the U.K. We exchanged numbers & it was confirmed that I could have a refund (I confirmed I’d like to exchange well within the days required & offered to courier the item back so that was also in time). I was told (again, I have the confirmation all on my messages) that the manager of the Dubai Mall store & the sales associate dealing with the matter were aware I was back in the U.K. and to not worry about sending the item back, as they would give me a full refund on my return to Dubai. After I returned to Dubai, I proceeded to take the coat back. I was told by a different sales associate that I would get an email that very same day confirming the refund process has begun. After 5 days, nothing happened. I then received a WhatsApp to tell me that in fact they will not be giving me a refund despite the false promises & that in fact I would receive store credit. Simply not good enough. Fortunately I kept all of the messages & I am now leaving this with my bank (U.K. who take fraudulent matters like this seriously) to sort out for me. Do. Not. Use.

Terrible customer service provided by few of the saleswomen. I needed to buy some accessories but the way she treated us was so poor, with lack of interest in receiving us, that I gave up and walked away from the store.
