In the offer letter they didn't mention about salary deduction but they deduct salary I passed sira 2 month before but they don't give me sira card and always saying in process company management very poor they charged for visa 5000 dhiram and also deducted 270 for emirates I'd I came 4 months before and still didn't get salary card and emirate id first month they give 230dhs for food alwoance and didn't pay basic salary they give only 300dhs for month
