Usually we love the service there but last time the worker a Filipino woman was so in to her mobile that she didn't even look at us !!!! And not very welcoming with little attitude. We never faced this kind of service there before . She seems not bothered at all with me asking to leave her mobile and tell me how much to pay and the price for a toy at the time of leaving .... when i asked her for her name she looked at me!!! Very strange

Staff are friendly and the place is fun for kids but unfortunatly it is very unsanitary. Toys and mats look very dirty. I also do not understand how they accept to entertain children that are clearly sick. I took my son in to play for 15 mins and left when I saw a boy who looked like he had a fever and a very clear runny nose, nasal drip getting on all the toys. The problem was one of the staff members was the one playing with him, so it should have been clear to her that he was sick and they should have informed the parents (who were sitting in the play area cafe) that the child is not allowed to stay. Instead he played and posed a risk to all the other kids there and infected my son. I am now still suffering with my son for more than a week (during Eid no less) with an ear infection and runny nose after playing with a toy that was definitely contaminated. Extremely unhappy with my experience. Will not be back.
Creative play scapes, but the staff could be friendlier and the floor is really slippery.
