I really enjoy the resistance classes at F45. The routines are never the same, which keeps it interesting. Everything can be adapted to where you are in your fitness journey. There are no mirrors, which is a bonus. The coaches are friendly and motivating. The space is clean. And it's easy to get in and out. Thumbs up from me!

Nice motivated and motivating team. Efficient, right on time, straight to the point: all what i was looking for. The 6am session is perfect for working professionals leaving ample time to enjoy kids for breakfast afterward.
