I started 15 days ago , am 32 years old but never been capable of committing to the GYM historically beyond a week . Workouts are super good - trainers help u - motivate u and guide u whenever u need.( Tinekke & Caitlin ) Very good energetic set Up where every one is working out ️\u200d️. They have a very good App to guide on Food as well , done a body scan there , very comprehensive to make sure you are progressing. For a COVID high spread period - Super clean and very good hygiene measures in place . Price is nothing compared to what you get - 1 Month is 1260 AED , unlimited sessions, they have other flexible options as well .
I came for a free trial week for the last few days. I cannot recommend this place enough. The classes are fun and each exercise is well thought out. I could feel the difference in my body after each class. Best of all, the staff are really professional, helpful and friendly. I would recommend this class to anyone and for sure want to come again! Thank you to all the team!
F45 just gets it right. Having tried countless fitness centers and workouts in Dubai and around the world, F45 proved to be the one that pushes you the most, and gives you the most personal experience while being a group workout. BIG PLUS: they have the friendliest and most professional coaches in Dubai.
The team are friendly & motivating! I saw results within the few weeks i had signed up, only reason i stopped going was because i have moved from the palm to City walk so it is easy to work out up this end for my early mornings! Thank you to the F45 Marina team.
