The GREATEST service I have ever received!! I had an accident last week and bent my engagement ring and I thought it was ruined. I went to Eva shop where I found a very helpful sales person Vivek and he managed all and straightened my engagement ring and and bought some gold stuff with affordable price in such a lavish place like souk madinath Jumeriah now they look brand new! I am so happy and will always refer them to others.

I decided to go to Dubai to buy a diamond with maximum specs. D color, Flawless clarity, triple excellent non-fluorecent. I searched many websites, contacted many retailers but i wasn't sure untill i contacted Ellie from Eva Gems. She was the most friendly, courteous, and professional salesperson I ever met. She sent me via WhatsApp, various options with competitive prices. When I arrived, She sent their driver to pick me up from my hotel to their shop for free. There I met Vivek. He was the most professional jewler I ever met. He helped me chose the best diamond specs in the world. He customized the best 950 platinum necklace for me. The most exciting part is the confirmation process. Vivek and Ellie showed me with a special microscope the GIA laser inscription on the diamond! Vivek even escorted me to their factory to show me every step of the process. Ellie and Vivek from Eva Gems made my vacation wonderful. I recommend them for everyone who wants to buy certified diamonds. Thank you Vivek and Ellie. I'm sure I'll see you in the future .

My youngest brother is getting married and they wanted to have a personalized wedding ring that represents their personality (both are engineers). I have reached out to Eva Gems and spoke to Joy Mamiya. She was very professional and helpful with suggestions. The bespoke rings design is based on the gold one but we requested for it to be in white gold. As you can see, even it's just a rough for now and still needs polishing and finishing - they have captured the details very well! We couldn't be more pleased! They were also very patient as we get the sizes for my brother and his fiance who is based in the Philippines. They have been proactively communicating and even calling me directly in Oman so they can be sure that the sizes are right and they do it right the first time. Rarely you can find a company as thorough as this one. Highly recommended and for sure when I can travel to Dubai again, I will visit their place and purchase a couple of trinkets.
Bax is amazing! Such nice customer service, the quality of items is so good, prices are awesome and they’re also open to making custom designs for almost everything I can find on the Internet. One of the best things I’ve bought from them is the name chain in Arabic. I’ve got 4 of them - one for myself & the others for my siblings. Currently I’m getting a pendant with Allah written on it and it looks pretty great too!
