They refuse to answer phone calls or WhatsApp messages. The location in Abu Dhabi is shut down no notice. They dont give refunds even though the airline says they are issuing refunds due to covid 19. Overall avoid this place just pay extra through the airline personally.

Editing due to being ignored. They did have a great service and their staff was amazing. However regarding the Covid Lockdown, I had to change from doing an exit flight, to doing the visa change without leaving UAE,alternatively paying additional. Never received the refund for my canceled tickets that airlines claimed to have reimbursed. Will definitely not use them again.
