If i can give minus i will Very bad service and managment cover their staff lies Their staff told me by whats up that i have 2 month free marketing and microsoft office I told him i dont wa t i dont need He call me daily 10 times and please me to sign its free no single dhs u will pay after presure i sign Than i realise its not free charges coming i didnt pay so they stop my 4 business lines and start charging both marketing and plan I make complaint to managment i got a silly answer they dont consider whatsup instead taking care of the customer and do investigations they just cover their staff to steal and lies more and more By the way Dubai courts they took whatsup msg as evidence To etisalat managment u must do investigations and stop or ur sales who lies and steal ur client

Pleaaase people stay away from Etisalat. The staff need a quick knowledge training as i have been to 4 branches and no one showed competency in dealing with a very simple case. I switched from Du to Etisalat and i really regret it.

Horrible virtual assistant.. Been on the phone for 1 hr trying to get to an operator to assist with a very basic request.

Does not even deserve 1 star. There is no contact number in their websites. I need to urgently cancel my landline as I am out of country but no phone number to reach them for that. Very dissatisfied
