Customer Representative was reluctant to help and sarcastic. I just wanted to update my id document but eas advised to wait for the Manager for 30 mins to override the system because the Manager was not around. Day before this incident, I asked the guy from Deira City Centre if soft copy of tourist vise is fine, and he said yes but when I came to their Business Center Office ,I was told that he needs the hard copy and told me that I was misinformed.

One of the worst service during thesis covid time. Went there to cancel my business account at 11:30 and reach the counter by 2:30. The manager asked us to wait outside the building office for more than 2 hours and I almost fainted.There were so many old people’s are also there in the queue .A quite unhuman behavior from a reputed company like Etisalat. Almost 1/2 of the customers came to cancel the account and there is only 2 persons for doing that and most of the counters are free but they said they don’t have any access to do this. I have plenty to write for giving minus rating to this business Centre.But I am stopping this. God bless
