This is a small service centre, but suitable for new connections & general customer service. Even though we knew exactly what we wanted the staff kept trying everything possible to get us to upgrade, to the point of it being annoying & a waste of time. It's also very disappointing that you are still forced to take phone handsets & routers that you don't want or need, this is not sustainable practise!
