Do not request express installation service, it will just waste your money When you have to subscribe the eLife, salesman will tempt you regard express service for installation with in 24 hour Max But its all lie !!! , He never care about customer, He told me and promise to me technician team will call me. but, no one call me, I just waiting and waiting again. Every hour I call and ask to him “Please check when they will come and give me a feedback” Imagine what happen next? He just ignored, I didn’t get any feedback.at least he should call me to inform what is the status now. Nevertheless he didn’t answer the phone Honestly it is the really terrible experience in my life.

Nothing wrong with it per se just that it doesn't exist any longer. Asked information desk when couldn't find it and they informed me it permanently closed. So next closest option is Dubai marina mall
I am staying at Sadaf and I don't have Internet for more than 2 weeks I did an application to DU and after 1 week they said that they cancel it,, most probably because the tower is Etisalat! Then, I did an application to Etisalat and I am still waiting for more than 5 days to come and check the cabling at least! They booked an appointment and technician didn't come ! He only phoned me and told me that the issue escalated and cabling team will call me! Terrible service at 2019 !
