EP Group (Holdings) Limited (“EP”) is a start-up company that has been working on the commercialization of what we believe to be next generation technologies in Solar Thermal, Waste to Fuel with CO2 capture and reprocessing. EP Group (Holdings) Limited, “Earth Power Group” or (EP) for short is a young renewable energy start-up company. EPG is currently in the completion stage of an advanced commercial prototype which comprises the followings: * Solar thermal collector that collects energy not only from visible but also the Ultra Violet, and Infrared radiation of the sun and transfers it through a transfer medium to the Thermal Energy Storage unit; * Thermal Energy Storage solution, our studies and design specifications show, could retain thermal energy up to 1400 C° for several weeks and depending on requirements. * Electricity production using most advanced Steam/ORC/Stirling Engine technologies. The new solar thermal system permits, at its primary market segments, grid scale energy generation in addition to decentralized energy generation at the point of consumption where it is locally produced, managed and stored for heating, cooling and/or electrical power at low levelized costs by comparison to other generation resources. The demo unit will be operational in late Fall 2010 in the UK. Earth Power has branded its solar arm as “Sol Invictus Energy.”
