stuff refuel is very slowly every time we waiting too long time

The staff are very rude and slow at doing their job. A week before I went there and it was my turn to fuel my car and the staff were not doing their job instead they were just standing and joking around for 10min. When I confronted them to fuel my car they started arguing. Very bad staff
