Calling the number which is given here is simply a waste of time because nobody ever is going to pick your call. It's a super piece of example on how to harass the customers. It seems like they are always facing a high amount of call anytime you call them. Hence, they'll ask you to go to the website. Shame on you emirates post. If you are not willing to receive the calls, please stop putting up a show by simply displaying the number. I had a very special order which I didn't receive yet the tracking id shows it was delivered. I needed to enquire but I guess you guys don't understand how important few things are for the customers. Sorry, a very bad customer service. I think my order is never gonna be delivered. You don't deserve a single star if only I had the option of giving you a zero star.

Didn’t get the package at all. They gave it to another person by mistake. Package was sent back to other country.
