Worst service ever, had to wait 1.5 hours to get my EID, instead of delivering it like what a postal service should do, talabt has a better service. In a time COVID asking people to wait that long in waiting rooms.

This Post Office is in Block #8, as you enter turn right and pick up a ticket for the Post Office then your numbers will be called in counter #13

Location is pretty tricky but it’s located on Block 8 in Knowledge Village. Contactless queuing system, they’ll ask for your mobile number where you’ll receive your queue number via text. Waiting can take from 5 to 15 depending on the time of the day and they stop accepting posts at 15:30 sharp so arrive at 15:00 PM max. I’d like to express my gratitude to the lady who accommodated my parcel after being declined by her colleague. She’s very kind and made sure every detail is correct even if it’s past their office hours. Thank you so much!

For anyone going to this Emirates Post Office by car, you can park car in Knowledge Village Parking(Search on Maps) or on its road side and then walk(2 to 3 mins) to Emirates Post Office(Block 8) by maps or ask any security guard. Don't expect any sign board for Emirates Post Office around roadside. Collecting Emirates ID will hardly take 5 to 10 mins.

thanks for let me stay home the whole day ( I made a off day for your delivery ) one day before, the post girl call me from 9 to 10 coming the delivery guy ....from 9 am to 10 pm. hello emirates post we have 2020 and for so a modern city and country for sure is it maybe possible to give a timing what is NOT around 13 hours waiting , honestly this is a shame , and thanks for NOT coming in the time and thanks to put my holiday day for you in the garbage and thanks for NOT pick up the phone and thanks for NOT calling me back - thanks for all this emirates post !

The worst service in UAE I have requested for my ID to get delivered since 36 days now and still no delivery. The location is very difficult and you can't park. Seriously the worst customer service in UAE.
