THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD. I went to the post office today and the lady was unprofessional and extremely rude. Hopefully one day she will find a job that makes her happy because I can tell that she hated what she is doing.

Additional charges of AED 25 to 30 even if you pay for delivery online when purchasing. This is admin charges from Emirates Post. 25 if you pick-up from there 30 if you want them to deliver.

The place is shown twice on maps, this is the correct location. The service is really bad. I had a package coming from Britain and I had paid 18 shipping (AED 80) but they did not deliver it to my house and asked me to pick up, also I had to pay an additional 37 dirham as their service fees, VAT and for using a public post. I will use private companies, at least it will be delivered to my house, I don't recommend them at all.
