My assistant went to ship a package by premium and was literally yelled at by the counter lady (F.B.) for being too late to come there! She went at 6:20pm and the lady said we will make her late?! They close at 7:00pm. She asked for premium as per the website and this lady at the counter couldn't understand, she said Yaani \Speedy\? Very rude and horrible to deal with.

I am really Impressed with their customer service and general service. Less than 2 minutes I came out of the building after completing the my work. There was a female staff at counter who deal with me. Thank you Emirates Post. ️️️

If I could give 0 stars I would! This place is terrible with customer service. My package was at the post office for a month and they sent it back to sender. During that month they did not email or call me once. They said sorry we don’t know those details except in a resident here and my Emirates ID is linked to my name so they could have gotten it easy. The mail system in this country is terrible in general.

We rushed to reach before closing time to collect a shipment. Sadly the Branch was closed well before 9pm. Lights were on but they had locked the doors and were not letting anyone in. We waited till it was 9, at dot time they switched off the lights and left. Extremely disappointing. Customer happiness is a joke.
