\tQuality checking of complex assemblies, installations, layouts according to NAVISTAR standards.
\tUsing team center for creates components, layouts, installation sheets, assemblies, their validation and mass data transfer to onside client Navistar.
\tFurther updating of components and assemblies it has to need revision in team center.
\tMake process for create new modified, serviceable, non serviceable components how these will affect in stuck procurements.
\tDevelop the process planning for the frame piercing.
\t Prepare composite BOM for truck assembly.
\tPrepare Engineering document.
\tTo follow relevant Checklist.
\tTo follow discipline as per client’s Standard/ software.
Design & Devlopment :
\tModeling of Sheet metal part & Chassis routings design with UG NX 7.5.
\tDesign of fuel system components like Fuel tanks,supports,caps,straps & mounting brackets for fuel tank and child components.
\tDesign of Suspension system components such as Springs,U bolts,spacer,shackle,
Brackets, and releted hardware.
\tDesign of brakes system comonents like Air Tank mounting bracket, wheel hub, Drum, Rims as per requirement.
\tUpdating GD & T and dimensions in part drawing sheets for sheet metal.
\tPreparing assembly installation sheets in Drafting(UG NX 7.5) with use of NAVISTAR standards and GD & T.
\tTo calculate the weight of the vehicle and its individual features like Fuel tank, Battery box, frames, after treatment devices, Break chamber, Air dryer, front and rear Axle, suspension, Air tanks, wheel hub, Drum, Rims & Fifth wheels etc.
\tPreparing modeling and detailing of tube.
\tPrepare 2-D drawing.(Stand alone drawing )
\tCreate 3-D parametric feature based modeling, surfacing.
\tCreate Engineering drawing from the mode.
\tAutomated design of assemblies, which are collection of part & other sub system.
\tTo do modification in already design model.
\tTo do hose routing.
