I have purchased lenovo T440p laptop in Oman from OBM and for some reason its motherboard becomes problamatic while charging without dock, When I visited Dubai after 2 years of leaving Oman in 2019 I visited their office EBM since both OBM and EBM comes under Mideast group they refered me to there technical store there they asked me to allow them 4-5 days to order new motherboard and within a week I was asked to bring my laptop and they replaced the complete motherboard since my laptop was still under 7 months complete warenty. I am happy with their service.
