Third class services. While getting appointment they always irritate the rider .after 45 calls ,we connect to the agent to book an appointment. When we comes almost 50 bikes are already here. We wanna ask that what isbenefits of getting an appointment .they never take care of Govt SOP . here are some screenshots of call details that I have captured.after 45 calls a connected to the agent.and i also capture a some photos of riders they are waiting for there turn to tell the agent about his bike problem.

Taking too much time only for oil change if you give them more work for bike 100%they will take 4/5 hours and some times I am going 2 times bcuz proper final not check
