Very bad service. They will tell you one thing and do another. I waited one week to get a mifi router and after receiving that, the sim seems to have error. Better try some other du channel partners or Etisalat.

Really awkward bad service, they have showed up on my door offering a lower price to me to shift from Etisalat to DU, sadly I fell for it, they said the conversion and interruption of service takes maximum 2 hours, when I signed their papers, I have ended up paying fines to Etisalat, my connection got disconnected for 5 days and then they charged me additional 200 Durhams for security deposit. After over 30 calls and complains by Email and Phone to DU, their supervisor in Ajman contacted me and told me not to ask them any favors anymore because I complained against their bad services and behaviors. apparently I shouldn't have complained for the lies they have told me. Unbelievable!

Worst service ever. They trick you to change your lines to business lines so they get commissions and then act obnoxious when they can't deliver. Avoid at all costs.
