Opened a case in SPS more then 7 month ago. The case was never considered. They said I have to follow up in CID, I followed up several times and each time got promises to get a call back, one time they said that they didn't get any complain under my name from SPS, then they found it somehow in their system. I don't know where to go and who can help if a crime has been committed against you.

What a great place to spend 30min at. First of all - this is indeed a Police station, of the new kind - self service. It really looks like you're getting in a simulator of a car or similar. When I was there one could get a free coffee from a coffee machine as well as free water. Definitely a hidden gem of a sightseeing place in Dubai. 2 min walk from City Walk.
