I had to return twice from there as first they said my case details will come to you on our portal and i will have a login and password sent. It came, but the case was not loaded as it was dated back in 2015. Ok i went once more and they showed me an image with a whatsapp number and email to send them a request for the detail. At the end of the day, my work is done as they are super organised. My only issue is that there should be a way to print a judgement copy or get a detail over there and not be sent back to contact over whatsapp. Second the whatsapp details and email details should be also put on the website. I guess i came during a period of upgradation. But yes before you go there, just find out various details or contact over phone.

Very bad and slow service , especially from one of the heads who is in office 2 next to office 12, not caring for transaction , i came today from 9 in morning ,he told to come back at 11, came back again at 11 , left at 12:31 pm now, still unable to see him!!! Very bad customer service from the head ! Thanks
