Yes the courier charge is very cheap. So maybe that's why the delivery/return service will take too much long and if you will follow up, different person will answer and they will give different answer. They didn't actually know that you call them many times. NO SYSTEM!

I don’t like to give 1 star but their continuous behavior forced me to give 1 star. I’ve dealt with them around 5 times and usually the person on the phone isn’t very welcoming and this time the guy straight up hanged up on me just for asking “ is it possible for you to pick up today “

I’ve been calling all the 4 numbers i know of the company and none of them answered the calls, I dont know the status of my shipment?! Where it’s? When i shall receive it ? The day almost done and I don’t know what’s happening????? I suppose to receive it today, FIRST & LAST time I deal with this company, I guess I learned something new today.
