Appalling customer service, total lack of care. I moved out of my apartment on 9 December - it is 15 February and I am still waiting for my deposit to be refunded. All the reviews below are about total lack of customer care and follow through. I was a customer for 5 years, always paid on time - I do not expect to be treated with such lack of respect.

Think twice before you buy a property with them because there NO customer service what's so ever after!! You can call, email, complain... you will NEVER have a response!
Really unhappy with the service. I have been asking the management for service charges of my office from last 5 months and i was asked to submit docs for change of ownership which was done on time from my side but till date i have no further response. I have sent emails for it and even called the forever ringing hotline 8009933.
You are the worst compay i have ever dealt with! Over 3 weeks of complaints and calls and no one solve anything just fake promises. If you don’t want ppl to renew their contract you just say it and show respect.
Worst management ever, all house which they are offering is expensive, they are not responsible, I have been living in Dubai wharf Jadaf for 2years and half, and I didn’t see this kind of worst community. Cleanness is worst, everything is bad...
