Attention : If you are a tourist and wants to spend your vacation without internet, calls and spend 2-3 days in store DU IS FOR YOU ! I bought DU SIM from airport by verifying passport and boarding pass. It started working on first day. I beginned my trip after 2 days internet and calls stopped working. I contacted online to check problem but it has horrible online customer service. Next day i went to nearest DU store to check. There was a long queue there. So i went next day again but sadly same situation. I spend one hour there and explained everything. They were clueless about why this happened. After again they asked for my documents and told it will get activate in 1-2 days. great service DU because my vacation was getting over in that time and i had no internet and calls in my half of the trip. Just imagine half of the vacation without ability to book cabs, checking hotels, metro station and social media. All credit goes to DU for spoiling my dubai vacation ! It's not only me,. But I found this kind of similar problems in other review as well.
If I could give them 0 stars I would. By far the worst telecom provider out there. The website doesn't work and you can no longer pay over the phone so are forced into one of their god awful stores. Would not recommend them to anyone. The internet they provide is patchy at best, I've had no TV for months but have yet to have an engineer actually show up. Avoid at all costs.

False advertising on website for 65 dhs & turn our to be min 113 dhs package, etisalat cheaper. Also better, faster, & pro employees. Bad service, bad product.
