On DU App the working hours are from 8:00 AM while they say it's 10:00 AM. Good and fast customer service.

Today I go there in barsha mall du office to buy new sim and funny think is SIM Out Of stuck. Then why you open this close plz and don't waste customer time. I don't know why you open if you don't have SIM . Customer care team don't know how to talk with customer plz first teach to stuff

Turned up to see if this was better than Etisalat experience. I got a number from the machine. There were 6 counters with Du staff occupying them but only 1 was dealing with the customer. The rest were chatting, playing with their phones and relaxing whilst there were 10 customers waiting. Perhaps there was a reason for this, but the optics are bad. I turned around and walked away, having resigned to the reality of this duopoly.

Worst experience, they are only two representatives and we are more than 15 people . As per the token I was the 4 th person , but it took more than hour to call me . Once they called me , they don’t even know what they have to do . Pathetic customer care

Worst service ever and they are such scammers! The agent will make u sign on the contract more than once and then tell you theres a system issue please sign again.. then youll be surprised with an early termination fee which they add because they cancelled ur first contract on the spot. Dirty service and its been 4 weeks im trying to solve this issue and their useless customer service team that is based in egypt has no idea how the system works or how to do their work and they keep making mistake after mistake on ur account. Go with etisalat and do yourself a favor. Stay away from this low quality company.

Customer care team is not helpful at all & they really needs to change their attitude. No apology at all when system did not work and honestly I’ve felt that system was fine and the lady staff did not want to help . Ridiculous service

I had an excellent service by Mr.Mostafa Mekawy, he is pretty fast and such a great guidance for your need. Had a Great Customer Service experience . For sure a great person for the du in barsha mall
