Dr. Berro has emigrated to Canada and started practicing at an east-side Ottawa clinic. He called me to invite me as a family practice patient after a long search when my previous family doctor retired. I was wary before seeing him the first time until I saw his excellent reviews from Dubai -- and my early experience has been excellent. Thorough work-up with proper referrals to specialists for review of possible conditions (fortunately nothing serious). The clinic is chaotic with inadequate parking and overworked receptionists, but the review is for his medical skills.

I can't think of words to express how lucky I was to meet Dr. Wael 3 years ago. Since that time I've never doubted where to seek for medical help if any of my family members needs it. He is a perfectly safe doctor to confide in. The only issue with Dr.Wael is that once you get used to see him, you'll never agree to go to another family doctor, as Dr. Wael is unique and his care is really special. So take care and don't get sick, but if you did, book an appointment with Dr. Wael and you won't regret it.
Dr. Berro is one of the best Doctors I have ever met in my life. He has an extremely broad knowledge and expertise and pairs it with in depth analysis to understand and solve medical issues in the root cause. I can absolutely recommend Dr. Berro for adults but also for kids.

Let us just say that my family and I follow Dr. Wael wherever he goes! This is the only doctor who is true to his profession and clients. He is very prudent when it comes to prescribing medication which should tell you that he motive is medical and not commercial. He is one of the nicest and most friendly doctors in town as well which helps you feel at ease to ask as many questions as you want. Quite simply the best doctor we know.
