The hospital level of service and care have be dropping over the years, and now reached it's rock bottom. Had an appointment today with one of their doctors at 5:30, got a call from their call center at 4:45 that I need to arrive at 5:00 because the doctor wants to go home, and when I told him I can't make it on short notice they asked to schedule on a different date. If the doctor doesn't care to see a patient in pain at the time of appointment why would I want to see such doctor. Last time booking anything with this hospital and especially with Dr. Adel Badr.

Donot ever go there for your covid result. I am still trying to get the results no one picks up phone in so called emergency. When u ask the lab to send the report they say give us the number than we will call you than we will call you to get you email address than we will send u. And they never call. Its a disgusting place

ad experience with this hospital, visited a doctor on Monday in the hospital in Dubai health care City, who wrote some blood tests , I got the results on Wednesday and unfortunately one of the tests came positive, I called to reach the doctor to get the medical advise on this test but couldn't reach her, and since morning I am calling and they told me she is on vacation as of today, so she didn't bother to call me before her vacation to prescribe a medicine to my case, what a shame!! And the worst part is that the lady on the phone told me you have to see another doctor but you will pay new consultation fees.!!!! Can you imagine !!!!! I am shocked by this approach and lack of professionalism.

Nice facility, really bad system! I visited the Endrocronologist and was subscribed some blood test, then I was sent home so they’d call me once they got the insurance approval! But.. nobody did! Day after day I called to follow up.. only to know that the insurance company did approve but no one called me to come back to the test!! They still didn’t call me! They never did!! Considering I was in a very bad state and needed attention I felt neglected and had to seek help somewhere else! What a waist of time and effort and money!! Extremely wrong!

My visits were always good and the health care provided is of a good quality. Staff are professional and fast. Nothing to complain about and I would recommend the hospital with no hesitation

I just delivered my second baby in Dr Sulaiman Hospital through the elective c-section. Both pre-delivery care (my OB-Gyne doctor is Dr Razan Kayali) and the stay in the hospital was on the excellent level. I could not imagine it going more smooth and in a better atmosphere. Dr Razan was always available, even on her days off, for advice. Her nurse Geesele was always kind and friendly. The hospital stay was well organized, the care of mother and the child is on the highest level. The operation was assisted by an amazing anesthesiologist dr Marzena, who was making sure I was relaxed and did not feel any pain. After the procedure I was assisted with the breastfeeding by a specialized nurse. During my stay I liked a lot that they have a nursery and offer mom to rest while taking care of the baby, you can watch the baby on the camera by your bed. Facilities are new, clean. Nurses were assisting constantly in any requests I may have. There were separate nurses for care of the mother and specialists for the baby. Pain control excellent. Food to choose from was delicious. Also what is important, the hospital is not over-busy, parking is never an issue like in some other places, free valet for the clinic. Your family can stay with you overnight, they offer a spare bed in the room (I was happy I did not have to separate from my other daughter). I believe I mentioned the most important points! Really, well done!

Extremely bad experience with this hospital. We did PCR there, they said 24 h max, and we didn’t receive it on time. Call centre is useless, you call them, first of all they are very rude, and than they pass your call to someone else who never responds. Had to go to the hospital again to get my results at the end. Very disappointed. Will never use their services again. And if you need PCR for traveling they don’t send you stamped copy, you need to go to hospital to do it there.
