Very bad service. I ordered for a pink flowers last velentines day and they have given red flowers. I am very disappointed as the receiver loves pink! I messaged then beforehand and i even ask for a photo of how it will look like and its totally different from the flowers they have given. I message them again after that but no response from them! This shop just want to take your money, after that they dont care at all! Please put love on your work as we are giving orders for our love ones.
Very inconvenient and very unreliable, despite the high prices! I order white tulips for Women's Day before they even opened on Talabat, they called me an hour later that the delivery will be late for two hours because they are waiting for tulips to arrive, and i said fine, then they called me two hours later to say ALL tulips are sold out, because they have way too many orders!!!! And then they went on to say: "there is no tulip in the whole Dubai, it is sold out!". Anyway, ended up ordering tulips from somewhere else... Avoid!
