We booked a villa on Palm Jumeirah. The villa was very spacious with direct access to the beach. The location was really great. However, a lot of things did not work! We couldn’t use the kitchen for a couple of days as the gas range looked like on the picture and they couldn’t fix it. So, we had to dine out for a couple of days and we asked Deluxe Homes to pay for the bill - they didn’t pay. One evening the electricity of the house broke down. It was fixed the following day. We booked and paid for house cleaning 2 times per week. But the house cleaning didn’t come and Deluxe Homes claimed we paid only for 1 time per week. Only after making a lot of noise they acknowledged that we paid for 2 times per week. For many things we had to ask again and again and again, chase them up, make a lot of noise just to get the basic service done. It’s not deluxe at all and really spoils your holiday! Never again Deluxe Homes!

The accommodation in Marina Residences was really good for what we wanted. Extremely convenient for Nakheel Mall and the beach at Clib Vista Mare. Good gym and great pool. Due to Covid we ended up working from home and there was plenty of space to do that. We had to extend the stay twice and that went smoothly. DHH were very responsive to all our requests. Yogesh was very helpful and efficient on checkout. Would definitely return.

It was a nice and very clean villa on the Palm. Heated swimming pool and all equipment. Cleaning service was first class . Very happy with the office and the support.

BE CAREFUL!! DON'T RENT!! It's a Very bad experience! I'v lost hope to get help from this agency so far, I'v recently rented a 3 bedroom apartment in Ocean Heights building, and it has so many mentinance issues like (water leakage, bad smell, blocked AC filters, roaches, faulty balcony doors, loose water taps) which btw they promised to fix during viewing before the booked date of which I will move in, but after I made the payment I was completely ignored, the customer service denied to connect me to the management. UPDATE: They deducted 200 from my deposit as there was a small tair on one of the curtains. I'v included pictures for reference.

So from the moment, we stepped in till the last minute we enjoyed the place and made sure we made memories in every corner of the villa! Hehe. the rooms were clean, neat, and cozy and they had every thing we needed like pool towels toiletries, iron, soap, shampoo and much more we only had to bring our food with us to cook there as the kitchen is fully prepared with our needs. The Ac is functioning perfectly as we can adjust it when ever we felt like it and it's easy to use. The private pool was a bit cold but yet that didn't stop us from swimming. This is our second time at Deluxe homes and for sure won't be the last. We stayed at a 6 bedroom villa at found L the palm

Amazing Location, I really felt good once I stepped into the room, stayed there for a week. Lovely setting, services were excellent and above all, the management/staff was friendly, caring and very cooperative. All of them were very polite and they always welcome with a smile. Everything around makes you feel relaxed.

We come for holiday just for 10 days ... but because amazing experience and such a nice people who was looking after us, we decided to say for 1 month. Apartaments have a beautiful view, very clean...have a pool with Dubai Marina view. Special thank you to Mr. Ashraf who was very friendly and very kind. We will definitely come back.
