I cannot praise Jake and Husni enough for their dedication and professionalism throughout our search. Jake was keeping us up to date with all deals in the market, price expectations from the sellers and above all listening to our demands and helping us in every way he can. When it comes to off plan RE , I am sure most people, like me, are worried to make a mistake. Jake, the agent from D&B offered me the “too good to be true” unit . I had to ask him thousand questions and get multiple proofs to erase my fear of making a mistake. Luckily Jake and the entire team of D&B patiently reassured me and didn’t ever put me under the “take it or leave it” pressure. Thus I made a good decision , the deal went on smoothly also due to the professional team. In summary: I can recommend this company.
