Datazone was able to convert our ideas into reality in exactly the promised time. Putting together the resources was an enormous challenge in the COVID times, but they pulled it well and it was our expectations well met. They are a good team with sound knowledge.

Extremely unsatisfied with the support provided by data zone, i was told that any software issues or bugs will be handled by the technical team upon request and available slots. But i have been requesting for support on a few bugs in the software for over 2 months with the sales manager Mr. Farzan and Ms. Roschelle the receptionist at datazone. The receptionist Ms. Roschelle, continues to ignore my whatsapp messages and i had waited over 2 months with absolutely no response from Data zone's side. Mr. Farzan, The sales manager, whom i informed that i was not being responded to for over a month also did not respond to me or give me any sort of update. A week later i called him & over the phone Mr. Farzan told me that i will NOT get ANY support for my issues and that \i can do whatever i want\. I have signed up for the cosec Matrix Application for attendance marking and have never been more disappointed. The applications runs perfectly but every now and then a few bugs arise without any outside interference, such as the daily email stopped sending, many users data just disappeared. I am still facing a few of these issues 2 and a half months later Beware all new signees, they will tell you that you will get tech support for any software issues up until you pay them. After which, they will dodge your calls and ignore your messages & after Mr. Farzan very rudely told me i would not be acknowledged, i drove down to datazone and was ONLY THEN informed that i will need an AMC contract with them for any support. Mr. Farzan NEVER mentioned this. The only person of support i have throughout this is Mr. Shafeeq, the assigned technician, who goes above and beyond to assist us. Rest of them are the least concerned. Would not recommend. AT ALL! Make sure you ask them about the AMC BEFORE HAND !
