Visited 1BR apartment in 35th floor. Well maintained and close to Dubaï Mall. Seems to be great place to live. Reception was crowded.

My Dubai home, which I chose for several reasons, in order of priority: good length pool for swimmers (17 m), close to work, nicely furnished, very good gym. The flat is a bit small as living area, the wardrobes are not sufficient, but the terrace is huge with fantastic views in all directions - the Creek, Burj Khalifa, Zabeel park. There is a lot of construction going on around, and the noise and dust can be annoying. But this is Dubai Downtown, after all.

Management is careless about maintenance .. hiring unprofessional staff to deal with residents.. managers hiding .. needs proper management and professional staff to attend the overall residents needs

I came to drop one book to my freind as usually I came to reception even my friend not there and they receive it and deliver it to her apartment or keep to her to collected later but today when I came the reception staff refused then I ask her did the roles changed, She said No, then I ask her to call the in-charge person the one person Name Rajon Sing he told me not allowed the I told him this not first time then he talk in bad way about telling me go and keep it in her door by very abusive wag that never I accepted??!! So if no one in DAMAC gona to check this issue this mean they are no one can even expected what the staff can do in soon future.

I have been living in this building for 3 years. Was very good . Reception, security, life guard in the swimming pool , and cleanliness staff Now nothing good at all especially security not professionals at all They have no idea specially a person named Paul , if you have family don’t think to live there

I lived 3 years in this building. It WAS luxurious in the beginning. The reception, cleaning staff, lifeguard, security helpful and professional. Now everything is the OPPOSITE. The lifeguard is watching videos on his phone the whole day, never watches what’s happening in the pool. My 2 year old son almost drowned in front of him because he was watching his phone. The pool is full of cigarettes (it’s theoretically prohibited to smoke in the pool area but he doesn’t care), plastic bottles, bunches of hairs, people are diving constantly (which is also prohibited but he doesn’t care of it neither). The cleaning staff doesn’t replenish paper towels, the smell became unbearable in the washrooms, male staff comes inside the ladies washroom even after saw there's females inside etc. The female daytime receptionist is shouting throughout the lobby in an unacceptable volume and manner not suitable for a downtown hotel/apartment facility at all. Our entire floor and even inside of the living room is constantly smelling of cigarette smoke (we have 2 small children) and the variety of food because the tenants leave their doors open for unknown reasons. The security became incredibly unprofessional especially their supervisor named Paul who’s acting several times out of his scope.

Nice spacious rooms but not really clean. When we checked in, the bathroom was not really clean and the towels stains like they were stored wet and they smelled very bad. The valet was extremely nice and helpful. - Poor housekeeping, they clean the room in the morning only so if you missed it, then you have to deal with it yourself. - We noticed corrosion on the teaspoon they provided in the room as shown on the picture and NO ONE cared. - The Indian receptionist was not welcoming at all. We went to the reception to ask him for help and he was so ignorant as he was busy chatting on his phone and WhatsApp. Unlike the Egyptian girl, she was so nice to us. Overall, if you are planning to come here, make sure you bring your own stuff and check the room yourself before you sign the contract.
