Paying so much on Fendi units just to hear next door neighbours' children, Indian TV show and mother's screams because walls are made by PAPER! good in looks, bad in quality. Can't wait to move out from here. If you are sensitive to noise NEVER MOVE HERE. Walls are literally paper. If I could understand language of neighbours, I could know what they are all saying. This is horrible. My previous apartment I was living in between two families as well and never heard a single noise. Plus there is mold growth in apartment and makes booklice during the summer and there is no solution from pest control to booklice cuz it is mold and yet also no solution to mold growth as well. During the summer my bathroom ceiling was also keep dripping on and off. Terrible quality and management.

Well , I am owner of a flat , I got a violation of parking because my car doesn’t fit within the space. When I contacted them they propose as solution to sell my car and by one wich. An fit Can you imagine Very bad service

Dubai Living

Can’t be happier to live here. I’ve been in Dubai for over 20 years and this is by far the best place I’ve lived in. I bought a flat in this building and the sea view is unlike anything else. It’s luxurious and the new improved management is perfect and answers all your concerns and issues. The security, staff, reception, and call center are all very helpful and professional. The facilities are AMAZING and unlike anything else I’ve seen in a residential building. They have a proper cinema, sauna, spa, gym and kids playroom. The place is also really convenient since it’s right at Marina Walk which is known to be a tourist attraction. 5 stars :)

This is by far one of the worst towers I have ever lived in Dubai. don’t get me wrong this is a great tower when it works- but in the short time of 3 months- there has been Mould, leakage, strong odors(stinking), faulty Acs, and today the cherry on the cake- non accessible to elevators- which means you either stuck in your apartment or outside on the ground floor-(bare in mind this is now the 8hr) The staff are so friendly, however the building is just built cheaply, and no secondary measures. The management have either no clue on what they doing or don’t know how to communicate to their tenants- Management if you are reading this- remember it’s the tenants of the building which keep you in a job. They have zero ways of communication to the tenants and this is why the entire building is highly annoyed. I understand things happens. But I have never lived in a building where atleast once a month something occurs- also this building is less than 3 years old.

Worst building EVER AC working only half of the time Electricity not always working. Maintenance team never available Connectivity very bad. I can not recommand this tower. Can't wait to end my contract and leave.

Many recurrent issues: lighting, horrible smell from the guest toilet, management deactivating cards if your landlord is not paying service charges... Positives are the facilities (cinema room, spa...) and flats are quite spacious (06 unit).
