Notorious is giving the refund, never replies very slippery and extremely difficult to get hold of. You need to physically go there and sort out any issues. However, they are very quick in collecting money and chasing you while making a booking virtually. Horrible service, stay away unless you have an hour to waste.

Worst service . No respect for the clients. Don't take responsibility for their actions. I brought a ticket from cozmo when I went for the reschedule of date they inform me that I never got the tickets from them even after presenting their receipts of payment they are blindly saying they can't help me to reschedule the tickets. I managed to do it myself within 5 min using my mobile standing right outside their store.
