Bunch of goons. Technicians aren't skilled enough to get the job done. I took my iPad for a screen replacement - not only did I get a duplicate screen, they seem to have changed the touch ID home button with a non touch ID button. Be careful. Photo of specific technician attached below. When questioned, he would either disconnect calls or walk away. Must have had a very hard upbringing.
