Extremely helpful and cooperative staff,especially Neeluji and Harjeetji. I required a letter from the Consulate which I received promptly, they responded to mail also quickly. All staff is courteous. I had a very good experience and I am very proud of the Consulate as an Indian Keep up the good work! Jai Hind.

I am trying to renew passport of our staff not getting opptimeant on line I am trying every midnight also and in day time also but no date there 26 million we indian in UAE, the BLS office they only give 60 token a day to each Br of BLS then how will renew the passport, people stand in Al Khaleej Center BLS Br, for more then hr in hot they take live to renew passport but they return empty hand because no token, so what to do?????

Its really sad and shameful that these people in the counsulate represent Indians,never helps the needy, playing with people's emotions. After following up for legal assistance for a case which me and fellow Indians are stuck here from past two and half years. No help was provided by the Indian embassy as of now and submitted all the documents which they requested and still no response from them for legal assistance and following up since beginning.

I was here for some work and the staff is very friendly and considerate. My work was done in 10 mins and I was out. They sent back prompt replies to emails as well. My document was processed in 2 days once it reached them from BLS international. Over all I was very happy with process. I highly recommend Miss Micheal. She was very helpful. Thanks

Im trying to call Indian embassy in Dubai since 1 week continuously in the working hours but nobody answering the phone, Im not in a position to travel all the way without having information about passport attestation process. i dont know if i have to take any appointment or not. Thats why i was calling the number 043971333. But no luck. Looks like i will have to go there and check. The problem is if it doesn't work then the time taken and expenses to travel will be wasted.

Not Atall helpful to visitors,help yourself infact don't waste time for seeking any kind of help from them. They work under UAE law pressure.
