Worst bank ever. Never replies for emails. I have a home finance with them and its been more than a year and still got issue I need to solve but No one is replying. THE Worst horrible bank ever!

Such a worst service by some bank officials. Requested for Liability letter, as per officials it will take 7-10 working days. But even after 20 days they didnt issued. Their main moto is not to leave customer. if bank perform best , why customer is leaving. Bank officials are not treating customer well as if its their fathers money. Here after i will never suggest this bank for my employees
Very bad experience. They have closed account without trying to call, sms or noticing as minimum balance was lower 1 month only. And staff who sits in room#8 is not even willing to speak with you. You need to ask everything one by one or he will not even bother to tell what is going on. Terrible bank...
Terrible bank. Probably the worst in the UAE. Customer service is ridiculous, internet banking primitive. And guess what? They block your debit/ credit card abroad in any country you use it.... then you see yourself with no money. Luckily if you call customer service they will attend you. Dont make the error of opening an account here, go for a serious bank.
Very dissapointed in this bank. I have my mortgage here and had a good service 2 years ago. However things have changed. After multiple calls to the CBI helpdesk and with promises the home loan department to call me back I still have not heard anything. I was hoping for a counter offer but never got one. Now i am trying to switch my mortgage to another bank but my liability letter never seems to arrive eventhough i applied over 3 weeks ago for it...
Dear Concern I am one of your credit card customer & also a banker I was taken quick cash loan from credit card on 13/12/2017 for 36 months & you guys affront deducted interest for 36 months & transfers rest amount & instalment started from 26/01/2018. I was paying every month on time but suddenly my instalment plan utomatically without my knowledge changed to outstanding & I start getting finance charges!!!!! How come you guys after taking 36 months interest affront & again charging me finance charges???? I want clarification & I called several time to your customer service for the same but no one is ready to clarify my quires but still no one called me from your side now I am fed up even you guys block my card as well!!! Now I will escalate this issue to CENTRAL BANK OF UAE this is my hard earned money. Please look into the matter every month I am getting charged of AED 350 !!!! My cif number 238194. I hope at list this time You guys will not disappoint me!!
