It's like a group of random people sitting with a laptop connected to Internet. ...they have literally made a joke out of the whole property evaluation process....where in someone does visit the unit only to breeze in and out without paying any attention to things that matter... any upgrades... view... floor plan etc etc is totally irrelevant to them, having ticked the box on the visit section of the checklist they return to the computers and pull out a random bunch of properties in the area and quite literally arrive at an average price for the unit!! Quite a pity that I have had to pay to avail of such a mundane service ...mortgage seekers.... Hope and pray that your bank doesn't select them to go evaluate the property you're interested in.

Colliers international is the most unprofessional outfit I have ever come across in the GCC region. In my opinion, If there was an award for poor work ethics and lack of due diligence, Colliers international in general and Tremaine Ferreira in particular would be a winner by a country mile. My mortgage provider, ENBD sub contracted the property valuation for my home loan application to this company. They completely botched up the valuation by stating inaccurate figures as facts. The inaccuracies can be very easily proved and were caused by their lack of due diligence and carelessness. Instead of doing any field work they plucked some numbers from the internet in haste and couldn’t even do that properly. As a result, they undervalued the property by at-least 20%. I know this for sure as three other exactly the same type of proprieties in the same lane with exactly the same layout and fixtures were valued 20% upwards of their valuation within a two weeks window. The difference of valuations was simply because the others were done by professional companies that knew how to do their job properly unlike Colliers. If you are looking for professionalism and accuracy in any of the services they offer, please do yourself a favor and avoid Colliers by any means possible

Very unprofessional and inefficient in dealing with clients, if I could give less than 1 star I would! I've been waiting 4 and a half months for my deposit refund now, they never call and never follow up.. you should do their work for them. Really shameful
