Good building with free 1hr parking in Basement 3, every subsequent hour is 5aed. The building has residential and commercial properties available and security are there 24/7. The building itself contains 2 restaurants at the rear (Indian and Pakistani) along with a LIFE Pharmacy, BARE workout studio and a massage center at the front. The location is easily signposted and accessible from the main road. There used to be parking at the rear but now this is no longer available

Building clean and safe . Have 1 life pharmacy- gym - and 1 massage center in front side . Massage center luxury and good massage . I come 3 time ago . Parking free .

A wonderful and peaceful place in Dubai. You can enjoy the view of Burj Khalifa from the window of executive towers. The environment is clean and you can get a chance to meet the top celebrities in this area. The nightlife in the business bay has another level of excitement and pleasure.
Average waiting time for 20 mins ( without any exaggeration). Parking is free for 2 hours if you are going to M. Iqbal restaurant. 15 mins walk from the Metro.
