We sent a lot of items and it was our first order. All our curtains were included and that costed a lot. Although it’s not the laundry’s fault, we should have measured and estimated the price. The bill was high so we weren’t happy with that and was hoping they would give us a quote before they proceed so we called and spoke to Imad who was understanding, helpful and he actually went above and beyond to give us a huge discount.. They made my day and my entire week, love how they professional they are and I’ll always use their laundry!

They are (politely) unprofessional. They got my curtains for cleaning and they have damaged totally the blinds. After 4 months they still have my curtains (my property) not repaired, not returned and even if they promised a compensation they have not kept their word. Be very carefully with them. In addition: Their license is from UAQ so in case of an issue with them the Dubai DED is not authorized to get any actions - so as a consumer you are totally exposed with them. Do not trust this company !

I have given my carpets for cleaning. They charged me for the service but never delivered the carpets. A driver called me and said “sorry big problem carpets are missing please send me photos”!! Anyways, I sent photos and still no carpets!! I send emails to follow up; i use their live chat on the app; no one is responding! Not even updating me what is happening or what they are going to do about it!

As someone with hectic days at the office who cherishes weekends for rest and relaxation and the occasional beach day, I've used CleanLine on multiple occasions to help me get my laundry done when I don't want to. The service is impeccable! Speed, cleanliness and friendly staff. I'd highly recommend trying their services!

Great concept but very poorly implemented. Drop off was later than promised. My clothes came back smelling like smoke and as if they hadn't even been washed at all. They lacked even a remote trace of that fresh detergent smell you would expect after washing your clothes. My whites had a grayish haze to them and upon closer inspection, I could see that they were caked in black lint. Will definitely be using the hotel's laundry services moving forward even if it is significantly more expensive

My new hoodie’s string was torn out after it’s first wash with Cleanline and never returned after being promised that they would fix it. No one responded back to my emails and after many calls and emails, their representative Nazli and Reem completely ignored my emails, I never got my new PINK hoodie back or heard back from their representatives. Very unprofessional!!! I called many times and no one calls back. Do not recommend them at all!
