Nobody even bothers if u go in to buy a car... The Lady at the reciption is least bothered. Not enough Sales people to attend you.. I went in and waited for 20 odd minutes and nobody came ,so had to leave the place.

The staff is attentive and responsive only before the sale. Once I put the deposit on, it was a nightmare trying to contact them, getting a proper response and even getting the car itself! Be careful of hidden costs, they did not disclose all the fees in the beginning.

Visited the festival city showroom with my wife on 27th Dec Evening around 6.30pm with the intention of buying. The showroom was almost empty and the sales lady who was seated right next to the challenger section couldn't care less and kept given generic answers to my questions \yes or No\, Either she's bored of her Job or its because shes working on a Friday. Either way It was a bad experience. She just lost a potential buyer.

Away from the city, no more parking hassles. Welcoming receptionist. The whole team at the showroom are very warm welcoming. And the hospitality is amazing.
