Very poor choice of products and especially no fresh products available. If you are in desperate need of groceries, I would still recommend you try another shop... This shop needs to be shut down immediately, no excuses.

This is the worst supermarket ever I wish they just brought zoom back, in the next 3 clusters they have amazing super markets zoom and Carrafour but this one is so bad, they have cockroaches walking over the floor. You cannot but any product with your card under 10 dirham They wait for months till stuff gets completely sold they don’t have any inventory or fresh products And the new stuff they get they put the prices so high 14 dollars for a bag of Doritos really??! And the excuse they have is that it’s import (like most stuff in Dubai) I will never buy here one product again even if I am desperate. I won’t recommend this shop to anybody it is the worst and I hope zoom will go back very fast.

If I could give them a negative rating, it would be a minus five (-5)! This place used to be so good when Zoom managed it but now I am not even sure why are they open!? They have no fresh fruits or veggies ever, the area with sandwiches and coffee is closed, they keep some veggies in those display cabinets. They have removed the ATM machine and placed a Costa coffee machine but I don't think it works, never seen anyone carrying a coffee. They have no orange juice, nothing. The cashier ladies are not very polite. This place is a joke, why do you even keep it open? What is it that you do actually? You are obviously not selling groceries to the community!

Worst supermarket ever!! Seriously! If there was a negative -100 rating, I would’ve put it! They don’t have any fresh food, or good management, or smart cashiers and all their products ARE VERY EXPENSIVE and they do not put ANY PRICE TAG ON PRODUCTS. Their cashiers do not know how to speak English and how to remove items from the system - seriously a waste of time & money. And on top of all that, I got 2 x 500 ML dettol liquid, and on the receipt they: 1- counted them as 2 x 750 ML dettol liquid 2- charged me 2 x 69.5 AED for 750 ML dettol liquid!! I checked in other stores, and the 500 ML costs 23 AED, and the 750 ML costs 30 AED And cherry on the top, when I asked the cashier to remove both products from my list, he said he doesn’t know how to, and no one knows how to! THEY ARE THIEVES and never ever ever (even if you’re very desperate, go to their shop).

Very poorly managed store. This store have had poor management over the last two and a half years. Unreliable and stock varies all the time. You can't get fresh bread on Friday mornings They don't have Nutella!!! What kinda grocery store doesn't sell Nutella!!
