Good and helpful staff but i got dissapointed with the gift wrapping , they don't have a box to pack small decoration gifts. They were trying to make it up but management should think about small details that do MATTER . Now i have to go around the mall and search for a box! I expected more.

I picked up a marble dining table and they delivered a totally different piece than the one that was displayed at MOE. I have been trying to get in touch with them to resolve the issue and get a refund and shockingly no one in the organisation is willing to talk. After they have made a mistake they are not ready to accept responsibility.

I am very shocked with the experience of chattels and more & Kare..never expect this kind of service & product from big brands like this..had ordered sofa from Mall of the Emirates branch which was damaged but they replacing it then we ordered for dining chairs & coffee table but the experience we had with the manager there at their branch was pathetic very rude & no basic manners to treat their customers who spend money to buy..that’s not over we receive the stuff and their chairs were damaged we had to send it back to replace..it’s such a time waste..they don’t check before delivering the stuff they blindly just send it..highly disappointed.
