The staff of this branch is quite friendly, proactive and efficient. Gourmet cheese fries are a must try for anywhere at Charleys Philly Steaks, original lemonade is also a superior choice over junk carbonated drinks, I have tried their new Tavern Philly Sub... juicy steak and cheesy, picklish sub overall

Lazy Filipino and work-shy. Slapped on mayo unevenly. Did not fully cut sub. No ketchup for my fries. Overspilt my soda. Pathetic.
Extremely horrible service. The food was almost 2.5 hrs late and was cold. I had called Charleys helpline, their customer service is the worst I have witnessed till date, they could not even give me an answer why it was delayed. They kept saying they would call back and never got a single call back from the customer support or their manager. I had ordered though zomatto and they made the driver wait their for 2 hrs as well.

Refused to allow me to use my Upoints, IDK why emaar/emirates NBD gives us these hopeless points if you can't even use them in the few places that they PROMISE I can use them in.
Poor service in Charleys branch dubai mall, the ordered sandwiches are not having enough ingredients and bad taste of cheese! And when i asked for adding mushrooms and onions the cashier told me to pay 2 dirhams additional and usually i order it for free in ibn battuta branch.
