Iftar 2018, we went there for Iftar buffet, the place was fully booked and we were put on the waiting list till 2 hours before Iftar time. The restaurant was so crowded and so noisy, and we were unlucky and were seated adjacent to the food service bar. The staff was so friendly and helpful, big thanks to Mina. The food was fabulous with a lot of varieties. Recommend restaurant for Iftar.

This is the all day dining restaurant of the hotel Its usually a buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We had breakfast here while staying at the hotel. Good variety and staff is pleasant
We went to channels last night for 2 of our staffs farewell dinner . We have been to channels many times in the last few years and always had excellent food and service . Unfortunately this time 8 out of 12 ladies are not well and are having diarrhea and stomach pain. I’ve called the restaurant and spoken to 3 people, I haven’t had any apology from the first 2 . they say it’s a bit difficult to track what it was, and some had alcohol and some didn’t ...and we all had different food. I’m very dissapointed with the customer service from the first 2 people who contacted me . Also they asked if we have Been to the doctor and if we have any medical certificates. The manager called me for investigation and wants to know what we all had the day before. Definitely not going back there again.
Absolutely high standards of service and impressive food variety for iftar buffet, even had sushi. Western options were delicious.
One of the best restaurants in UAE. Enjoyed iftar food and staff. One of must try buffet in uae and especially during Ramadan. Thanks for amazing staff.
A buffet place, all you can eat and drink venue. If you enjoy that sort of night out then buy the Rotana Card and save some money.
